He has an extensible experience in management of publics companies, his
past experience includes positions as President of Arenagold Resources
inc, Searchgold Resources inc and Mirabel Resources inc. Graduates as
engineering technician in 1973, he has worked in business managements
during 18 years and has acted as a consultant in logistic and management
of majors mining projects in West Africa and Canada. He has participated
to many missions in business development in foreign countries and has
directed financials mining operations in diamond and gold research during
8 years.
Jacques Trottier
Director, Member of audit commitee
Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology, has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with number of public mining companies. He is the recipient of several honours and awards in academia, he is popular quest lecturer and author of numerous scientific articles. He is also President and CEO, and Director of Sulliden Exploration Inc (SUE) and CEO of Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. in Peru.
Raymond Cloutier
Director and Chief Financial Officer
He has an extensible experience in financial activities, he has held a management position in financials activities as bank manager from 1973 to 1979 and financial manager for Quevillon School board from 1979 to 1988. Mrs Cloutier is presently working on a permanent basis as financial manager for mining companies including Stelmine Canada Ltd.
David McDonald, Director
Member of Audit committee
He has an extensible experience within the mining industry. For the past 22 years, he acted as Chief Executive Officer for several public companies and joined Orphée Resources, Dianor Resources, Autanabi, Mirabel, Pontiac Castle and presently President of Exploration Typhon and Diamond Frank. He was appointed VP Finance of the Mining Exploration Association in 2007.

Qualified geologist with many years of experience in projects management. Has also a good knowledge of public mining companies. He is providing the company his services in management of mining projects in Quebec. He is Qualified Person as per NI43-101.
Jean Depatie
Senior Geologist
30 years of national and international experience in economic geology. He has worked in over 30 countries and acted as a consultant for organisations such as: The United Nations, The World Bank, The Commonwealth Secretariat, The Asian Development Bank, The Canadian International Development Agency and Quebec’s Ministry of Natural Resources.
