• He has an extensible experience in management of publics companies, his past experience includes positions as President of Arenagold Resources inc, Searchgold Resources inc and Mirabel Resources inc. Graduates as engineering technician in 1973, he has worked in business managements during 18 years and has acted as a consultant in logistic and management of majors mining projects in West Africa and Canada. He has participated to many missions in business development in foreign countries and has directed financials mining operations in diamond and gold research during 8 years.
Jacques Trottier
Director, Member of audit commitee
• Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology, has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with number of public mining companies. He is the recipient of several honours and awards in academia, he is popular quest lecturer and author of numerous scientific articles. He is also President and CEO, and Director of Sulliden Exploration Inc (SUE) and CEO of Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. in Peru.
Pierre Carrier
Director
Mr. Carrier is President Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Opsens Inc. since its creation on August 19 2003. Its main mandate consists in ensuring the operational management of the company. From March 2001 to March 2003, he was President of Ryshco Media Inc., a company specializing in developing software for film dubbing, where he established the business plan, the business structure and financial set-up. From December 1995 to August 2000, Mr. Carrier was President and Chief Executive Officer of Roctest Ltd, a company who manufactures instruments used in civil engineering projects, whose shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He contributed to several investments and the acquisition of other companies such as Nortech GSI Inc., FISO Technologies Inc., and Kromafibre Inc. (Corvis Canada Inc.). Mr. Carrier holds a degree in Geology from UQAM (1979). He is a member of the board of directors of Exploration Amex Inc.
Raymond Cloutier
Director
• He has an extensible experience in financial activities, he has held a management position in financials activities as bank manager from 1973 to 1979 and financial manager for Quevillon School board from 1979 to 1988. Mrs Cloutier is presently working on a permanent basis as financial manager for mining companies including Stelmine Canada Ltd.

Engineer Geologist
• Engineer Geologist qualified with great experience in Geology and management of exploration programs in foreign countries. He provide supports to the company with his great knowledge in qualifying projects and management of exploration programs. He is Qualified Person as per NI43-101.
Martin Nicoletti
• Mr. Nicoletti is a certified general accountant with 22 years of experience. He graduated from the Quebec University in Trois-Rivières in 1987 with a bachelor degree in business administration. He joined Price Waterhouse where he spent the next 4 years serving several clients in the mining industry. He spent the next 11 years with companies as a controller or chief accountant. Since 2004, he has been involved with public junior mining companies carrying exploration activities worldwide, with responsibilities in financial controls and financial reporting. He currently serves as the chief financial officer of a few public companies.
